On 21st December, we handed a Christmas card to number 10 Downing Street, signed by more than 40,000 of you and 25 organisations asking David Cameron to take back the reins on climate change.
Lets hope leading on climate change is one of his new years resolutions!
The Doha Climate talks drew to a close on Saturday 8th December, a day later than planned.
Unfortunately the talks were widely greeted with disappointment that no progress was seen on increasing cuts to carbon emissions or providing the climate finance that poor countries need to adapt to climate change.
This makes it more important than ever that we keep up the pressure on the UK Government, and you can join in by signing our Christmas card to David Cameron, asking him to take the reins on climate change
But the government is still not taking its green commitments seriously.
We held a stunt outside the Treasury on 18th October, we've taken out tube adverts and we'll be campaigning throughout the Autumn to make sure politicians take two key opportunities to deliver on the Climate Act and stand by our growing green economy.
Whilst world leaders failed to deliver at the Rio+20 summit in Brazil, local networks held events around the UK, asking their local representatives to show support for action on climate change by supporting our Rio-UK Declaration.
Check out what happened during the Rio Connection, and get inspired by local action on climate change in the UK!
